It s really good if you know what to expect from ibis hotels. What you should expect; a small room, ok clean, no luxury, a bit far from city, no roof bar or fancy restaurant, a good( better than a well known 5 star hotel i stayed recently) breakfast, budgetory prices. Good for short stay

This is a terrible room and nothing like The description. The room is extremely hot , and I asked the reception and was told to leave the window open. The wifi is not working and he said he can't do anything. If i don't have wifi nor air conditioning why am I staying in a hotel when I can stay in a hotel or lodge. This is terrible. The receptionist said the manager is off and I cannot talk to anyone either. This is a SCAM HOTEL

Very well located at 4 km away from the active historical city center of kayseri city, the room was nice, clean and comfy, the reception staff were very helpful and helped us with our requests, the room service was very good, it was a good stay...

Easy to spot hotel and walking distance to attractions of Kayseri. Check in assisted by Sulenur from Novotel which is just next building. My next ibis Alsancak Izmir booked through reception Ummek’s phone as I tried with my mobile all in Turkish language as well the computer from Novotel can’t access the site. FnB staff Dilek very accommodating even we find it a bit challenging to communicate on what I would like to eat for dinner. Breakfast variety are good just to have more option for Vegetarian would be nice especially the egg always I found not suitable for Vegetarian. Taxi from Kayseri Airport cost around ₺50-55 depending however for ibis Kayseri to Airport shouldn’t be more than ₺50 even and make sure to get metered taxi.

Thanks to the very nice hotel/restaurant crew. Dilek and ayşegül are the best 😃 The food was really nice and they took good care. The room was nice as well but could have been better ventilated. As mentioned before, the stuff is really friendly and helpful! Thanks again
