We had a quick overnight here en route to the Ürgüp area. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The room, while dated, was clean and comfortable. Location is good if you have a car or are using a taxi... it is not in a great walkable area.

Unsanitary Conditions and Terrible Service at Novotel

I had a terrible experience staying at the Novotel hotel. The room was definitely not hygienic - there was hair on the towels, and the flushing button on the toilet was broken. It was clear the towels had been used before. The staff's attitude was also very rude. When we arrived at the hotel around 10pm and ordered food, we were forced to wait for an entire hour before being told there was nothing left in the kitchen except soup and bread. However, we could clearly see other guests finishing their meals in the restaurant. Additionally, the new plates we were given had visible stains on them. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying at this Novotel location. It was an incredibly unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.

Great stay for a night

Stop over for a night , we had stayed in the junior suite room with 2 kids which was spacious and comfortable , Hotel is clean we even had a chance to enjoy the big garden behind the hotel , breakfast buffet was good enough , definetely go back for another Kayseri stop over trip

The waiter (his name is Güven) at the restaurant was so lovely and attentive to our requests. Moreover, the meal was delicious, starting from the food to the beef dish on yogurt. Profiterole was good as well. Overall, it was a decent dinner for us.

When I wake up next day morning I saw a blood stain ( small one ) on the sheets. I checked my self first if I cut my self but no it was a dry one, probably was not washed properly. I told this to reception but I dont think he cared much. this is an old hotel but at least i thought it was clean. After this experince never again.
