I really had a good experience in hotel. The staff were really polite. I would like to appreciate Mr.Ravi for the excellent customer service. He was very polite and humble. I think such people makes the hotel industry more appealing. Talking about the food , it was amazing. Thank you for the food and stay.

This Novotel Property is heavily driven by Process and People (Two Most Important Ps in the hospitality business) , although during the stay there indeed were a couple of hiccups in these very dimensions. However, they were contained immediately by highly professional senior management staff like Mr Shreesh Mishra and Mr Prasad. Special Mention must be made of outstanding service and hospitality at Barcode by Mr Ganesh and by Chef Manoj. Breakfast Service was consistently good with a large spread and was managed very well by Mr Rehan. The Room was very spacious and was neatly maintained by Mr Vishal. Overall, excellent service and teamwork leaves you with a strong sense of satisfaction which is what Novotel Nagar Road has been consistently doing over the past several years.

Had a smooth event arrangements and set up was up to mark .. banquet manager mr pravin were of great coordination... Great hospitality and very helpful staff.
