So we are giving this place 5 stars only because Anne, the manager is so extraordinary. Our car broke down on the motorway and we ended up having to spend 2 nights here while we dealt with mechanics and the nightmare of insurance companies, etc. in broken French. Anne helped us in every way possible and was so cool and kind. She went way out of her way and I think we would have been lost without her assistance.

Anne Laure who assisted us with our check in extended her help when she knew that we run into problem with our rental car. She has been amazing. She acted as our interpreter and been so patience in handling all the questions that the car rental company posed to us. She even stayed beyond her working hour to ensure that things are all in order. The room are fairly stuffy as there isn't any air-conditioning system given that it is near to the winter season. Anne is so kind to source for a fan on her own accord and delivering it to the room after her working hour. You are blessed to have her under your employment.

A group of us came here and almost took over the hotel . The room was basic but I wasn’t expecting anything more. It was clean , the bed was very comfortable , the en suite was fine , and the breakfast exceeded all our expectations. Lovely fresh croissants , baguettes , jam , coffee , yogurt , orange juice etc kept topped up by a v friendly lady. We could sit outside in the sunshine . Very good value altogether . The location was pretty uninspiring but at least there were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby .

It was quite noisy during the night with people coming and going due to not very good noise insulation. It was quite cold, and for some reason the heating wouldn't work. However there was an extra blanket which was enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location wasn't good, as in far from centre and next to a shopping centre, but still there were some restaurants nearby. For the price is good.

The hotel is very basic. The room is small and noisy, the WC is very poor and the cleanliness is also poor. The breakfast is very limited. The only good thing it’s the staff. Only recommended if it is the only choice to stay in Redon
