Milý Wojciechu, děkujeme Vám za milá slova i za Vaši opakovanou návštěvu našeho hotelu. Velmi si vážíme toho, že se k nám vracíte a že jste si u nás znovu užili pobyt a pochutnali si na snídaní. Těší nás také, že Vám naše umístění vyhovuje a usnadňuje Vaše cesty. Zároveň nás mrzí, pokud během pobytu nebyla kvalita WiFi a jídla během večeři zcela podle Vašich představ. We are sorry to hear that the restaurant experience did not fully meet your expectations. Your remarks regarding the quality and consistency of the dishes will be shared with our kitchen team and management, so we can review the situation and work on improvements. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning, especially regarding the heating on the higher floors. This feedback will be passed on to our technical department to ensure the system is checked and adjusted properly. Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify that rooms are cleaned daily as standard, unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on the door. Floors are mopped regularly; however, our housekeeping staff are not permitted to move or touch guests’ personal belongings. In such cases, cleaning is done around them. If at any time the cleaning was not sufficient, our reception team would be more than happy to assist and inform housekeeping to address the matter promptly. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you experienced. All your comments have been forwarded to the relevant departments.
