Restauracja podaje spory wybór czeskich dań. Do tego czeskie piwo. Klasyka!!! Restauracja czynna do 22:00, bar dłużej ale kuchnia działa tylko do 21:30. To może być ważne dla osób nocujących przejazdem. Obsługa miła, serwis szybki. W późniejszych godzinach dostępny bar. Duży i bezpłatny parking, nie wymaga rezerwacji. Duży wybór na śniadanie, zdecydowanie na plus, bo hotel jest klasy economy. Bardzo wygodny materac / łóżko. Z minusów - położenie hotelu w dzielnicy przemysłowej, w pobliżu nie ma nic ciekawego. Daleko do centrum. W pobliżu przystanek trolejbusowy ale nie wiem czy jest połączenie do centrum Pilzna ani jak długo się jedzie.

As You mentioned, there is a public transport stop right next to the hotel with a direct connection to the centre, which can typically be reached within 15–20 minutes. We are sorry to hear that the restaurant experience did not fully meet your expectations. Your remarks regarding the quality and consistency of the dishes will be shared with our kitchen team and management, so we can review the situation and work on improvements. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning, especially regarding the heating on the higher floors. This feedback will be passed on to our technical department to ensure the system is checked and adjusted properly. Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify that rooms are cleaned daily as standard, unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on the door. Floors are mopped regularly; however, our housekeeping staff are not permitted to move or touch guests’ personal belongings. In such cases, cleaning is done around them. If at any time the cleaning was not sufficient, our reception team would be more than happy to assist and inform housekeeping to address the matter promptly.
