terrible management and location is also bad so dont even bother it, breakfast doesnt have rice meals like veg. fried rice,room dining is so slow and sometimes they forget about your order and they just say sorry to any problem and move on...

no veg. rice in breakfast and room dining is so slow and sometimes they can forget your order as well and when you live a problem they just say sorry and move on... and if you say this is not ok, they get angry and yell at you...

Despite requesting the service a day in advance, I had to return three additional times after the scheduled service time to follow up. The duty manager, Qassım, was responsible, yet the issue was due to their failure to perform their duties properly. Instead of addressing the problem, he raised his voice and spoke rudely to me as a customer. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Warm n welcoming staff … property was very well maintained …good spread of breakfast … the filter coffee is a must have … good size rooms … Con Too many mosquitoes around the pool area in the evening ….

Posto pulito e con utili extra (ciabatte dentifricio pettine...) prr gli sbadati che dimenticano le cose. Il ristorante serale (in tre abbiamo usufruito del buffet) a nostro avviso eccessivamente costoso. La pecca per cui la valutazione è nella media è dovuta a elementi esterni: forte odore di fogna che neppure gli aromi diffusi potevano coprire (soprrattuttp la mattina). Comunque un posto da consigliare con tutte le comodità e personale gentile.
