Dear Mr. M., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Munich Airport. I am truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially after you had received confirmation that an early check-in would be possible. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive different information upon arrival, and I sincerely apologize for this lack of communication on our side. I also regret the inconvenience regarding the phone charger. While our policy does not allow us to lend certain electronic accessories, I understand that this was disappointing, particularly when you have experienced a different level of service at other hotels. At the same time, I appreciate your positive comment about the prompt response you received before your arrival and our convenient location close to the airport. Dear Mr. K., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay at Novotel Munich Airport. While we are pleased to see that you enjoyed several aspects of your stay, I am very sorry to learn about the unpleasant experience you had with the bottles found in the refrigerator. Please accept our sincere apologies. The bottles provided in the room are complimentary, however, finding one that appeared to have already been opened and partially consumed is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our hygiene and quality standards. I fully understand why this made you feel uncomfortable and why you chose not to use the refrigerator during your stay. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review to ensure that such an oversight does not happen again.
