We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious room and convenient location near the airport bus, but I’m truly sorry to hear that our reception team didn’t provide the guidance and friendliness you expected. 部屋が寒いがエアコン温度が上げれない。 シャワーの水圧が小さすぎる。

We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you particularly experienced issues with the room temperature of the air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower. We understand how unpleasant this can be, especially on business trips, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your ratings on check-in, accommodation, breakfast, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, and our team also show us that we did not reach our usual standard in several areas. This in no way meets our standard of providing all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
