Ottima posizione vicino l’aeroporto. C’è bus cittadino 365 con fermata davanti l’hotel. Comodo anche per prendere treno per il centro città. Colazione buona. Stanze pulite. Staff ok.

Ho avuto diverse problematiche al momento di check-in e check-out. Durante il check-in il team non è stato in grado di aiutarmi a creare membership oltre a non riuscire a darmi nessun tipo di sostegno. Stesso durante il check out il team è stato lento e poco collaborativo.

We are very sorry to hear that you received inadequate support during both check-in and check-out, and that our team was unable to provide the level of service you rightfully expected. We also regret that there were issues with the Wi-Fi access and that you had no internet access during your entire stay. Likewise, we take your feedback regarding cleanliness and breakfast very seriously – this does not at all meet our quality standards. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it shows us which areas urgently need improvement. We will discuss your feedback with our front office and technical teams to ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.
