Resort molto tranquillo e rilassante, personale molto disponibile e gentile e cucina continentale ottima. Mio figlio entusiasta della kids area e della piscina.

Esperienza di coppia molto gradevole. Contesto e natura eccezionali, perfetto per viaggio di coppia. Struttura vecchia, da rinnovare. Letti, arredamenti, impianti sono troppo vecchi e speso mal funzionanti. Servizi comuni da migliorare e potenziare, anche perchè il mare in quel punto non è dei migliori e quindi anche noi uscivamo ogni giorno. Buffet colazione voto sufficiente, nulla di più. Qualità ristorante e buffet discreta, ma prezzi troppo alti. Personale generalmente molto amichevole ed accogliente, ma poco preparato a trovare soluzioni. Sicuramente il prezzo conveniente che ci è stato proposto tiene in considerazione tanti di questi fattori, ma in generale mi aspetto molto di più a livello di qualità da un Sofitel.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e le mie due figlie per 4 notti in questo bellisismo resort immerso nella natura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere(piccole villette) sono molto belle e ben tenute. Si affacciano su uno splendido giardino che porta direttamente al mare. La spiaggia è molto bella e ben tenuta, la sera con la bassa marea in particolare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, una nota speciale a Raj che con noi è stato veramente gentile. Il cibo internazionale è di buon livello. Consiglio a tutti, in particolare a chi è in cerca di relax e contatto con la natura che in questa zona dell’isola è rigogliosa.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Bel Ombre. Bella stanza molto grande e con spazi comodi. Bella vista sul mare e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Personale cortesissimo e professionale! Peccato per il Beach grill chiuso per lavori
