Beautiful beachside location. Well maintained gardens. Reception and housekeeping service excellent. Good value, simple breakfast buffet for 200 baht p.p. Clean pools with plenty of sunbeds. Adults only pool rule not enforced which was very annoying. Kids have two other pools to play in and pee in! Overall a very nice resort if price is not too high. Weekends can be VERY busy.

Hotel/Building could definit use an upgrade. Rooms are outdated. Feels like a pysch ward of the eighties, but think they are better. (Assuming they have elevators) Ibis is budget, but the price is a bit too high for an outdated hotel like this. Staff 10/10

Ok, this hotel is cheap but it's still too expensive. The exterior of the hotel looks ok but that's it. The room we had was on the 3rd floor (there is no lift and they don't tell you that) and it smelt damp. You get one rock hard pillow each and the tiniest balcony. The room is just a bland box with no redeeming features. The pool area is series of small shallow paddling pools. You will be treated to loud RnB or Hip Hop from the massively overpriced bar. It is also a mosquito attractor like no other Breakfast was pretty basic The beach is nice but then it is a public beach and the hotel has no influence thankfully We paid for a week and left after one night

The room size is decent, and the connecting room works perfectly for our family. The staff is so great, they even turn on the aircond first prior our expected arrival time. Good way to kick off my holiday at Samui. This hotel got a beach directly attached to it, its a a really 4 / 5 star, but it does give you the vibe, .. from facilities wise, it got own restaurant, pool bar & cafe, playful swimming pool, small gym room and a self help laundry room. Best part, they dont have a massage room, but they do have decent masseur at very reasonable price just at the hut right beside the pool, where you can feel the windy breeze of the sea and openess. I have my best massage there for this whole trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to all family goer, and it also budget friendly too. Great job for the staff !

Happy in Ibis Samui We come as a family many children Likes to run and play all affordable price. Drinks are very cheap. Happy hour prices are very cheap and the bar staff are friendly and good service restaurant. We come back here often and our husbands love to relax here. Small room suitable for the price.We like food and drinks in here.Nice hotel and room very clean.
