予約と違う低いグレードの部屋に案内された。指摘をして本来のグレードに変更した。 実害はなかったが不愉快。 他のサービスは普通。

We fully understand how unpleasant this must have felt. However, we are pleased that our team was able to respond quickly and efficiently, and take the necessary steps to immediately relocate you to the correct room category in order to resolve the situation. Regarding the overall service experience, we are sorry that it did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to reassure you that we have recently increased our staffing levels across all departments in order to improve service quality and responsiveness. Indeed, over the past period, we have faced significant recruitment challenges within the hospitality sector, combined with several technical issues, which unfortunately impacted the level of service we aim to consistently deliver.
