自身のミスで宿泊はできませんでしたが、キャンセル不可の予約であったため宿泊したということになっているのでしょうか？ 異国ではありましたが、連絡を取るべくサービスカウンターの方にメールをしましたが、何の連絡もなかったでしょうか？ 本当であれば宿泊したかったので、いつか機会があればお願いしたいと思います。

According to our system, you actually booked a flexible rate, meaning your reservation was fully modifiable and cancelable. Your booking was successfully canceled free of charge, so you were not expected at the hotel as a checked-in guest. Regarding your communication, we unfortunately never received any email from you. 立地については、モンサンミッシェルへのシャトルバス停留所やスーパーが目の前で、とても便利な場所にあります。 部屋もきれいで、フロントの方のサービスも特に問題なく、満足しています。 ただ、エレベータがないため、重いスーツケースをもって階段を登らないといけないため、その点だけが残念でした
