Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your recent stay. I am glad to hear that you found your room spacious and that you appreciated the air conditioning during the heatwave. However, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the flies in your room and that you had to clear the debris yourself after our team treated the area during your stay. While our natural environment near the bay can sometimes attract insects, we always want to ensure our guests feel comfortable, and we apologize for this unpleasant experience. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review following your stay at the Hôtel Mercure Mont Saint-Michel. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our complimentary water station and appreciated having access to fresh water during your visit. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning hairdryer. Please know that our front desk team is available 24/7 to quickly replace any faulty equipment in your room. We have already informed our maintenance team to inspect and fix the issue. According to our system, you actually booked a flexible rate, meaning your reservation was fully modifiable and cancelable. Your booking was successfully canceled free of charge, so you were not expected at the hotel as a checked-in guest. Regarding your communication, we unfortunately never received any email from you.
