Attended the Norton Grange recently for a works Christmas Party. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to personally thank Aatheef Mohammed for his attention to detail, professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for him & his team. The room was nicely decorated for Christmas & the food was delicious and served hot, not cold, as in other establishments. Music played in the background. One of the waiters kindly changed the music for us too. I was very impressed. Thank you all.

Terrible place, smallest rooms ever, loud music and unhelpful reception staff. “ poster on the desk warning of loud music till 1am” This is a 1 star hotel at best, no way is it a 4 star. I imagine this is what a 3rd world hotel would be like.

Hell on earth, the smallest room you will ever see in your life, hotel smells of cannabis. Loud music booming throughout the hotel. Unhelpful reception staff advising music will be blaring until 1 am and nothing can be done. This place is terrible, I’ve stayed in better tents than the accommodation offered here. Save your money of find somewhere “anywhere” than this hell hole.

A real festive feel!

We took a church group of about 16 of us for our Christmas Party to the Golden Oldies Christmas afternoon. A festive atmosphere from walking in with beautiful decor, very friendly, attentive staff who were making sure everyone was enjoying their time. The singer added to the party feel and included the guests appropriately. The turkey roast dinner was delicious, as was the traditional Christmas Pudding. We all enjoyed a dance after our meal. Some lovely details with sweet cart, crackers that supported Trussell Trust and refillable after dinner coffee which were all appreciated! A very enjoyable afternoon for our whole party. Thank you
