Upon investigation, I discovered that a Superior room was reserved for you, yet my colleagues went the extra mile to accommodate you in a Privilege room, a higher category. I apologize if this complimentary upgrade was not adequately communicated, leading to any confusion about the recognition of your ALL loyalty status. Regarding the neighboring construction, please accept our apologies for any disturbance.
