Unfortunately my review falls into the category of poor. This has no reflection on the staff, they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was at the back of the hotel. It's very isolated and extremely basic, no air conditioning but the window opens wide, unfortunately if you have a fire escape right outside then for security you probably won't leave it open. No tea and coffee making facilities no safe either. The bathroom wasn't the best, it had mould on the shower tiles, quite a lot actually. We stayed two nights and couldn't wait to get away.

Firstly the staff at the hotel are great, the rating is no way a reflection on them. The hotel however is a different matter, small, cramped, below basic, smells absolutely awful. Thankfully there’s a Radisson Blu about to open and it will hopefully force this hole to spend some money bringing it up to standard.

Obsługa w hotelu bardzo miła i uczynna. Śniadanie dobre. Standard pokoju bardzo niski. W łazience był grzyb. Pokój nie był dokładnie posprzątany, okna były tak brudne, że nic nie było widać. Generalnie hotel stary, brudne wykładziny, brudna winda, śmierdzi pleśnią i wilgocią na korytarzach. Na pewno nigdy więcej tam nie wrócę.

I have stayed here 3 times now whilst working at Dunkerque port. The staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful. They try to communicate as best they can as I have limited French vocabulary. They have a lovely new receptionist, Fadwa, who speaks English very well. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Dunkirk for business or a short sightseeing trip.

Stayed 8 nights at this hotel for work in Dunkirk. Very central location with plenty of restaurant choices close by and good location for walking around the harbour area. The hotel is as expected a low budget hotel but very clean and with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast(only continental) is OK, limited choice of cold cuts and would recommend the hotel to perhaps have sliced cheese instead of cut! The milk served is not cold as it's left out and not in a chilled environment. I have mentioned this before but it doesn't seem to make a difference! Choice to boil your own eggs, that was OK. Very good quality bread and nice pastries. Parking in the street outside is not ideal if you arrive late. Be prepared to walk around the block. Could invest in better chairs in the rooms and to not have a single English speaking TV channel is very strange especially when the majority of guests seem to be foreign.
