We were traveling from Germany back to Scotland and decided to stay in Dunkirk before the Eurotunnel the next morning. Hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location. They allow dogs and this was really the main reason for picking it. The room itself was nice albeit a tad dated. The main area was very clean but the bathroom didn’t look as fresh. However I think this was likely due to age of it. Has parking facilities which is very handy but they are limited and very tight! Ask ahead to make sure you get one. Staff were very nice! Would go back if I needed an overnight in Dunkirk :)

stayed here a night on recent trip to dunkirk checked in on-line so was a fast process when i got to reception room was a decent size and reasonably well appointed bed was very comfortable and temperature in the room was perfect didnt eat there at all but was in the bar area when the food was being prepared and in truth the food looked very decent bar area was ok and closed midnight...there were two draught beers on and cost 6.5euro a pint staff were friendly and efficient for the price i paid 65E i was very happy with my choice in dunkirk and would have no hesitation in returning on my next trip there

We were passing through Dunkirk on the way home from a trip. We wanted somewhere central to stay so we could see the sights and go for dinner. The hotel was great for our needs. We requested a parking space in the underground car park in advance and were given one on arrival. The spaces in the car park are quite tight and it took some effort to manoeuvre the car into a space but was nice and secure so we were really pleased with this. There is a lift to all floors from the car park which helped with bags. The rooms were very modern, peaceful and had clearly been recently renovated. The staff on the reception desk were lovely and helpful. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The hotel is handy for the town centre and lots of restaurants nearby. I was here as part of a battlefield tour travelling by coach. Bit awkward for our coach driver who had to park quite a walk away on two nights. Rooms were very clean and very warm. Our room was at the front of the hotel so a fair bit of noise from traffic if the window was open. Good shower, TV but no tea making facilities. Bar area downstairs which was relaxing and a restaurant serving mainly pizza and pasta, did not eat here though. Breakfast was excellent, continental mainly and lots of choice but there were scrambled eggs and bacon plus boiled eggs available. Staff were very good and lots of them spoke English. A very good base for our three night stay.

This is genuinely the worst hotel I have been to. I checked into two rooms (426B and 429C). The rooms were both very unclean. One smelled overpoweringly of stale cigarette smoke and the other smelled of urine. There were no other rooms available so we just left. The hotel still hasn't processed our refund three weeks later.

We will not thank you for your comment and lack of sincerity. None of the other comments agree with yours and that is what reassures us. Indeed you left the hotel but not as quickly as you would like us to believe. As such, if you have been the victim of a professional change, we have nothing to do with it and have no obligation to reimburse you.
