The service and housekeeping were superb!! Beyond my expectation. Better than the other 4-star hotel I stayed during my trip in Dubai. However, I prefer to have self-service breakfast. The staffs at breakfast restaurant need to improve.

She arrived confused as to where she was, but a member of the security team told her she was in the right place. She went reception where she met two really cool Moroccan ladies. They were funny, helpful, nice, polite and professional. They gave her a great room with a great view and a few extra benefits. The house keeping team did their best to clean the room. Everything was great. One area of improvement for the house keeping team. Please check on drawers for stored food. Many guest put their empty food boxes there. If you don't check, you'll start to see insects. Overall, we will book this hotel again for her .

Ibis Al Barsha is well-situated for most spots in Dubai. This was my third stay in three years, and I was pleased to learn before arriving that the nearby and walkable Al Zahra Hospital were carrying out PCR tests 24-hours per day. I found the hotel service at all times very friendly, helpful and efficient, and the food on the (fairly limited) menu extremely good. My only disappointments were that the price of alcohol was rather steep; perhaps this could be reviewed; and the channels on my TV were limited to none I could watch and understand except Star Movies. Why are there no news channels in English? Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Humidity smell in room,room not in good condition to stay and toilet so bad really I'm not happy the room was not like other room which is i leave before in other ibis hotel branch only the reception it's very professional

The bed is comfortable. However the room is a dated product and in need of a refurb. The HVAC systems needs to be changed: i) When the AC is on, it’s as if I’m sleeping in a plane ii) the room reeked of cigarette despite being in a non smoking section. Accoustics need to be improved as you can hear noise from the hallway

Very satisfied with the property. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is quite convenient. Very close to Mall of the Emirates, downtown and Dubai Marina. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Breakfast is not good , crowed with extra visitors , room are tide , away from metro station , however they a have a shuttle bus to most of attractions , room service is good , beds is tide and room it self

Below par. I have been staying in the hotel for a while now.. This could be my last as their service level has gone from nice to worse. The reception named Mohammed happened to be the rudest in terms of politeness and he mistreated me.

Some issues 1. Cleaning not done properly 2. WiFi issue took longer to resolve 3. Not many veg friendly dishes 4. Issue with toiletries 5. Not well placed with connectivity . Little longer to walk to metro

The bathroom was very dirty. There were holes in the towels and sheets. Only one towel per person, even we requested two. The reception staff is helpful. Breakfast is good, if there is one more coffee machine will be good.

Room felt cold, due to flooring. Bed and pillow is alright for rate. Hand shower must replace to achieve shower experience and water saving. Shower floor is very slippery after bath. Is a danger to your guests.

I stayed for 2 nights as it was business trip, the hotel location is perfect as it's near metro station so you can go anywhere in dubai, hotel surrounded by restaurants and cafes to enjoy, parking was good facility for me as i was travelling by my car. Room was enough space as economy hotel, all room facilities & furniture were fine except TV remote was not working properly. Internet was good. Reccommended for low cost business travellers.

Rooms are small, they turn off the electricity when you leave the room, the breakfast has limited choices and is terrible. no proper security on the parking, it is always full even when the hotel is empty.

Hotel does not have good house keeping as they take loads of time to solve your needs. Even Toiletries are chargeable. Food isn't go great in the restaurant. Bar is OK. Room AC has a motion sensor build in them, if you sleep at one position for long AC switch off itself until you move. This is very annoying. Taxis and Metro is near by this is the only Plus point of this Hotel.

Will never stay at Ibis Al Barsha Hotels. You cannot sleep after 7'o clock in morning. Maintenance work going on all the time. Location in very bad for both business and pleasure purpose. Hotel Staff not cooperative at all.

disappointed not enough staff at the reception to check you inrequested a non smoking room and was allocated a room in a non smoking floor ( floor 3)soon I entered the room can smell the presence of cigarettes- reported and was allocated a room in the 5th floor. we are a couple- when we entered the new allocated room we were given 2 towels only, spoke to staff and a further 2 towels were delivered, same happen again the next day when the room was cleaned i.e, only 2 towels were provided have made same request . on the 3rd day we reminded the staff to leave/provide 4 towels ( 1 small and 1 large each) it seams staff are instructed to make saving, I stayed previously and I did not encounter those 2 issues - short of reception staff and reluctant to provide enough towels

the room, people on the reception, the restaurant, the price, the parking and the location, all is very good but the air condition on the room is not good and better if will be a safety box in the room
