Very comfortable, luxurious hotel, staff is amazing especially in the 6th floor Cafe, Luisa, Michelle, Mark, Romeo and others always so friendly and helpful with the food definitely above average from Dim Sum options to made to order crepes. A little disappointment with the desk staff who wouldn't change my 500 pataka bill because of a tiny tear, but otherwise excellent hotel for a very fair price

Stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great to see historic Macau. Also good to get great local food. Hotel is dated but everything works. Front desk staff and concierge were all very helpful. Breakfest buffet is good considering it’s a lot cheaper than other 5 star hotels in Macau. I highly recommend the restaurant Le Chinois on the 18th floor! I had both lunch and diner and it was great! Really nice views too. Pool is not heated anymore like it used to. They also don’t give bottled water too. But staff is helpfull and you can order drinks. I tried the Spa and it was ok. Good massage and facial, but again you can see the facility is dated.

I had an incredible experience at Sofitel’s spa with Ms. Dee. She is genuinely one of the nicest therapists I’ve ever met — warm, attentive, and very professional. Her deep tissue massage was amazing; she knew exactly where to apply pressure and helped release so much tension. 🩷 I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter. Definitely will be coming back! Highly recommended.

We visited the Macau Coin Show and stayed at Sofitel. It was a perfect stay. Staff was wonderful, rooms very nice and super clean and Spa excellent. I boo of three massages, always had same therapist. Diyah is an expert and she was The first one that really made a difference and found a cure for my troubled feet and legs! Thx so much and keep up the good work. Sofitel Macau….the place to stay!!! All the best GJ from Germany

Second time staying here, this time our room was better than previous stay. We enjoy our stay but due no more shuttle bus service it's a bit inconvenient. Fortunately there still a limited service shuttle to Oceanus and also there is a bus stop just in front of hotel, but I think maybe due casino closed and affected the hotel business so we feel the staff not in mood again to give guest a services. Actually Sofitel is a good hotel, and I hope we could stay again in the future.
