Returning to a place we love An amazing hotel in the heart of old Macau that delivers unsurpassed service with a smile. From the moment you arrive the friendly professional staff do everything they can to make your stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, late on Friday night our Concierge lloked aftervus. After swowiing us to our room. And giving us a quick tour, of a 1 bedroom Mansion residence that was larger and better appointed than our house, he took the time to find out what we wanted from.our stay. He then went out to the local cab rank to find us driver and luxury cab to give us a late night tour of the Cotai strip and all its razzle dazzle lights. Then next morning we off to level 17, and Club Milliesime for quiet breakfast in the executive lounge. The attentive friendly staff, Prex, Doris, and Zarah could not do enough for us. Freshly brewed barrister coffee and eggs to your liking made to order along with a full international buffet to suit and pallet or diet. Thank.you for a truly wonderful stay.

I stayed at Sofitel Macau for 1 night in june, the moment i stepped in the lobby, Jessica from Guest Relations recognized me with my name before I introduced myself. It was obvious she had gone through her ALL Accor members. My check in was very smooth, EAM Amelia met me during check in as well with a warm welcome, my room was overlooking to the city and nice amenities were arranged, my first and only night in Macau was definitely a memorable one touched by people. I will definitely go back for another stay.
