Perfect for short stay, near Simpang Lima so the location is perfect. The welcome drink as an ALL member also fine. Check-in and check-out procedure is fast and simple. But room need more cleanings. We found few dusts under the table and bed area.

best staff assistance, they provide me with connecting room as i booked 2 rooms. roomy bedroom, a bit old but clean. very good location, but have limited parking space. overall was a value for money place to stay when visiting Semarang.

Good location. Quiet and easy to go everywhere. closed to some eating places and a medium shopping mall. But the bed sheet and blanket was not really clean. Breakfast was too ordinary. That was not equivalent with the price I paid

i booked this Hotel for my Aunty through accorhotels website. booking process is very easly. and when I make a phone call to reservation for confirmation booking and payment method, reservation agent is very friendly and helpful. I found no problems from the booking process to checkout. everything is running well. excellent.

1)The color of the towels supplied were not white. It looks old. Suggest to change new white towel. 2) the fire extinguisher boxes are protruding along the walkway. This is dangerous for kids. Potential hazard.

Thank you for the great view of our room. But we didn't get standard welcoming guess in our room as a member. Cleaning service is good, the room also good. But the bathroom too small. The position of the hotel perfect for culinary lovers.

I found the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

I found dirty things inside the toliet pot - unflushed. I took the picture of it. I can share it if it's necessary. The staff was nice and friendly. The check in and check out process was quick and efficient. The bar and restaurant was run smoothly.

Do not bring your own car if you want to stay at this Ibis Simpang Lima Hotel, since the parking lot is very small. Having the best location in the heart of Semarang city, it is easy to go anywhere from this hotel. However everybody will come to this hotel and become crowded.

Good hotel, good location, good room, but amenities could be better. Bed sheet wasn't very clean. Towel also wasn't very clean, looks old and needs to be replaced very soon please. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

Location near many local foods,near city centre (simpang lima just 3minutes by foot). Room was big enough and clean, but the bathroom was a little bit small. Staff was very kind. I will stay here again for the next travel to Semarang 😊

When we are going to Semarang, we almost stay in IBIS Simpang lima. but after our last stay in Ibis Simpang Lima on December 27 2017, we want to share our suggestion about the cleanliness of the bed sheets , towels and room. must be the priority for hotel guests

I was staying at this hotel 2 days. Hotel location is in the middle of Semarang, near Simpang Lima, we can find street food easily even in front of the hotel, but the breakfast was poor. My towel was bad condition

I stay for business trip, location is on simpang lima area, easy access to express way, room look like old , breakfast is simple serve local food but restaurant is not so big, many guest didnt get seat when I have breakfast, for business stay, I think this hotel is not bad.

Please provide separate smoking area in breakfast room!

My review is only about breakfast: It's located on the 2nd floor. The first 4 tables in front of the bar is for smoking customers. So non smokers like me has to walk through this area, which usually full of cigarette smokes. And the whole breakfast area smells! This is surely not IBIS standard. The exhaust fans are there, but surely they are not strong enough. And additional note: I came for breakfast at 9:15. The place was devastated, they didn't refill the food stalls. I have to ask and wait for 15 minutes until the refill 1 stall. Some drink dispensers were empty. Again, this is below IBIS service standard.

Very limited parking area, luckly they had free valet service to solve their problem. NIce breakfast, but they need to add a egg station in dining area, because we need to ask the chef near the kitchen to serve us some fried egg

The location is very good, near simpang lima, within walking distance of shopping mal. This is not my first visit to this hotel. Usually everything is good, but not this time. Arrived in the evening to a bit chaotic situation. Turned out there was a wedding party, so the lobby area was extremely crowded, the receptionist looked tired thus her tone was not as friendly and a bit rush in service since there are also aircrews waiting to check in. There was only 2 small elevators, usually it's not a problem but since there was a wedding on the second floor, so have to wait to get my turn. Get into the room, there was no personalised welcoming message and welcome drink voucher (used to get it elsewhere as leclub silver member). I got the welcome drink later though, after asking for it at the reception desk. The biggest problem was the soundproofing in the room. Woke up several times at night due to thumping sound from the room above and chatter from the corridor outside the room. The positive things are the usual standard ibis quality : comfortable bed, clean room, good wifi.

Hotel Ibis Semarang has a strategic location, walking distance to Ciputra Mall and some of culinary spots. Room is quiet good, clean and spacious. Friendly Staff. Need to replace a better linen and towel.

A lot of changes have been made by this hotel. They started to acknowledge its platinum member guest. Parking space still a problem for this premise, but the location of this hotel, as well as the friendly of the staff are able to cover the minorities problems. Good job !!
