Great to have this gym at the Novotel hotel. Good facilities and opening times, spacious gym, and complimentary towel and water. Friendly service, willing to help when needed. Spa and pool are also located next to the gym. Wonderful addition to my stay.

i enjoy staying here because the environment and facilities are clean, comfortable, and kids friendly. i recommend this.

the pillow are the fluffiest i've ever felt. the services are so good. every staff here are responsible, helpful, and humble. they provide what we need and we don't even need to ask. the environment is very clean and kids-friendly. the facilities are perfect, and safe for every age.

Excellent gym and swimming pool. Service attendant Risty was excellent and gave an introduction on how to use treadmill. Gym equipment was comprehensive for the area. Hotel rooms could use more maintenance but just happy that everything was working well and room also oversaw the pool.

The gym has a very complete equipments If you want to do a full body workout, this gym is very suitable for you who have a business in Semarang but want to keep a good health. I really love how spacious the gym is, so you also can do a HIIT training if you want to. And also the customer service at the gym is very good, especially the friendly Mr. Risti.

been stay here twice and all good, room is comfort, clean and well maintenance. the employer were nice & generous. and the pool was clean & comfort. very recommended to stay here. the breakfast serve many menu. keep up the good job. thank you for your services, Novotel Semarang.
