It was the worst stay in a hotel on a business trip. The hotel is too expensive for the little value I got. Courtyard by Marriot, across the road, is way better. In fact, I will never stay at this hotel again. 1) Many items in breakfast buffet are low quality. Examples: croissant, jam and bread. 2) Service at breakfast is very, very slow. To get a coffee takes 10 minutes. And it is not because it is busy with many people asking the same. 3) I had to ask 4 times to have hangers in my room. The room had 3 hangers in total when I arrived. It took 4 times asking and 1 escalation to have the matter solved. It took the hotel 2 days to have this simple issue solved. 4) When I checked in, I was told my rate included hotel transfers to and from office. No one told me that I had to book the hotel car 1 hour before. Result: on the first day, I had to wait 45 minutes for a car. 5) Service at dinner is also very slow. There is only one person who works very well. He is a manager, I forgot the name. I think Adhittiya? When he goes to another section of the restaurant, service quality and speed just decreases exponentially. 6) On the last day, I asked for an office pickup at 3pm. The hotel confirmed in the morning that I would be picked up at the booked time. The car arrived 30 minutes later without an explanation. Later I was told it was a tire puncture, but no communication was done, in spite of multiple calls to the hotel during the 30 minute wait. Result: I had to checkout in a hurry without having time for a shower to make sure I would arrive in time for my flight. 7) The room was quite old and showed signs of decay. Bathroom has lots of stains in the shower floor. Don't bother to respond to this review, I will not accept after stay apologies. You had the chance to make my stay much better, because I complained quite a lot.
