Pengalaman menginap di Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan. Saat proses cek in gampang dan cepat, dilayani dengan ramah dan full senyum, semua staff di front office ramah-ramah terutama Dewi yang sangat informatif ketika menjelaskan fasilitas hotel. Best Hotel pokoknya. next akan kembali lagi bersama keluarga.

Na minha última viagem à Indonésia fiquei uma noite em Balikpapan no Novotel. Muito bem localizado, qu excelentes. Staff super simpático. Excelente pequeno Almoço. Perto dos principais restaurantes junto do mar e perto de um centro comercial.
