Tiap ke balikpapan selalu ambil hotel novotel, pernah sekali ganti hotel karena di novotel penuh jadinya kurang puas karena exspektasinya standart novotel. Disamping lokasi yang cukup strategis untuk ke lokasi pekerjaan maupun bisa joging pagi sampai lapangan merdeka balikpapan, setelah itu bisa menikmati berendam air hangat di bathtup. Pilihan makanan banyak dan rasanya sangat enak serta ada kue mantau dengan sauce daging lada hitam yang tidak pernah ketinggalan saat sarapan.

Secara keseluruhan ok, kemarin fasilitas gym belum siap, kolam renang lumayan bersih, pelayanan di resepsionis ramah, di resto ramah dan sangat sigap saat istri saya memerlukan bantuan medis, diantar oleh petugas di resto ke klinik (terima kasih banyak), kalau boleh usul untuk improvement di closet itu dipasang shower untuk kloset, demikian terima kasih
