Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that rooms facing the main road can experience some traffic noise, and we're currently exploring options to enhance soundproofing to provide our guests with a more restful experience. We’re pleased to know you enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the inclusion of wine and water with dinner, although we regret that the evening meal did not fully meet your expectations. Improving our dining offerings is a priority for us, and we will take your comments into consideration to ensure a more enjoyable experience for all our guests. Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our hotel, rooms, staff, and breakfast. We wanted to clarify a few points raised in your feedback. The two treadmills in the gym that were out of service during your stay have already been replaced with new machines, so we hope you’ll enjoy a fully equipped gym on your next visit. Regarding the spa area, as it is an additional service not included in the room rate, there is indeed a separate charge for access to the sauna, steam room, and other spa facilities. This allows us to offer a dedicated, relaxing space for those guests who choose to enhance their stay with a wellness experience. As for our location, we are indeed in the heart of the city, viale Teracati is the most central street of the city, though not in the historic center, which is about a mile away, 20 minutes walking (not 40). However, there are many points of interest close by, such as the archaeological park, the archaeological museum, catacombs, the sanctuary, and a vibrant shopping street, all within easy reach.
