What a wonderful surprise to find this hotel. Lovely large rooms with a kitchen and modern bathroom. Fabulous grounds with lots of kangaroos roaming. Great restaurant but unfortunately it opened a little late for us to also try breakfast. We will definitely return and use the Sebel for a base in the near future. The country side is magnificent and the staff very welcoming.

We cannot speak highly enough of Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort. We had our Wedding Weekend Getaway there and It was absolutely perfect. We were able to lock in a date with the Sebel with short notice, with special circumstances for the bride who is in a wheelchair. Our event started Friday afternoon, with 50 family guests arriving from all over the world. We had a lovely quiet evening at the Barbecue Atrium next to the pool. In the morning on Saturday, the boys got up early for a hit of golf. Whilst the ladies enjoyed breakfast and drinks preparing for the big day. It was a beautiful day, and we had a lovely quaint wedding ceremony at Mirimbah Park, just 7mins from the Sebel, along Mt Buller Rd. As a backup plan in case of rain, the Sebel had made arrangements for us to have our ceremony at The Stables. This would have been equally nice, with a relaxed ‘barn’ atmosphere. In the evening on Saturday, we had our Wedding Reception at the Peaks Restaurant. It was a lovely spacious layout with great wheelchair accessibility. The Reception Room had a dance floor, bar area, comfortable seating, and also outdoor balcony space with stunning views. The next day after breakfast, we all gathered at the pool area and had a good-bye lunch and drinks at the Barbecue Atrium. The rooms are immaculate. Each room has its own special character, with modern updates, comfortable beds, clean good quality linen, well stocked kitchens and outdoor balconies. The Sebel allocated 20 rooms for us to work out a suitable accommodation plan, and then guests checked in effortlessly. We were able to enter the rooms in advance to leave a welcome gift of snacks and drinks for our guests. The Sebel staff were very attentive to our needs, during the planning, the whole weekend event, and then follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy. The Sebel gave us various options for the weekend which allowed us to work out an itinerary to our satisfaction. The main event was the Wedding Reception, and the food was delicious - everyone loved it. Sebel recommended a 'Family-Style' dinner, which was great advice. Large platters were delivered to the table, and each guest could load their plates up to match their appetite. We were able to modify the menu for guests who had some special dietary needs and allergies. We chose to have an open bar, and bar-tab. Sebel were able to pre-order and provide special drinks that we loved. The Barbecue Atrium should not be overlooked. This was a great relaxing, casual place with sufficient seating for our party of 50 and very clean. The two barbecues cooked well and there is great lighting. The Sebel provides some utensils and materials, but we brought our own stock of plates, glasses and cutlery, and cooked up a great feast both on Friday and Sunday. The guests loved being close to the pool and mini golf, and the surrounding grounds are well maintained. There is also a massive fridge in the atrium, and we were able to bring our own Esky’s for drinks. Thank you so much to the Sebel staff. The little things really made a difference. The special golf cart trips were a real treat, taking us to breakfast and to the barbecue area. And the 1AM golf cart service to our Bridal Suite after the reception, was very special. We felt like 'royalty'. Special Thank You to Dushi, Nicolette and Alana for everything you did. We met with you with short notice, and you put our Wedding Weekend together in three months. This rural retreat is located in a picturesque setting with well manicured grounds. The chalet was well appointed and modern. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar and the vistas from the deck with views of the wildlife made for an enjoyable and relaxing afternoon setting for some beverages. The pool is clean and has beautiful native landscaping that made it perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. The staff were warm and friendly and made for a very pleasant stay. The Easter eggs awaiting us was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient to explore Mansfield and Mount Buller.

We stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend. We were gifted the accomodation for our 30th Anniverary. We had room 209 and it had a lovely balcony which we used. We listened to the kookaburras at dusk laughing and it was just so nice to listen to. We had dinner both nights at the peaks restaurant which did not disappoint. We also had breakfast and there was plenty of cold/hot choices.The room was lovely and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very nice and sitting out on the balcony watching the Roos and deer was peaceful. We enjoyed happy hour one night and that was also lovely. The staff were very pleasant and easy going and nothing was a problem not that we had any. The wildlife nearby is also pleasant to watch. I definately would stay again…

This is a beautiful, spacious resort with lovely views and kangaroos everywhere. Our room was quiet, comfortable and generous. We loved the open fires in the dining and sitting rooms. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious in a lovely setting with amazing views. The staff were friendly, attentive and keen to make sure you had a lovely stay. Thank you
