The hotel is under construction with many of the facilities unavailable or at a lower standard as should be expected. They don’t tell you this when booking. The WiFi is a joke. It’s pretty much not working, and the tv is small and fuzzy. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. I would look at other options until the construction has finished.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. Hotel centrale, comodo per ogni spostamento, un po datato ma con camere ampie e pulite. Era in ristrutturazione pertanto la reception era ristretta e c'era la chiusura di piscina e spa, che col clima del luogo sarebbero state comode al rientro pomeridiano. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and was genuinely impressed by how seamless and welcoming the experience was, even with ongoing renovations. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I truly appreciated the warm recognition at check-in, the complimentary room upgrade, and access to executive lounge benefits, which added that extra touch of comfort to my stay. Despite the refurbishment works, the staff went out of their way to ensure everything remained smooth and pleasant—everyone was incredibly accommodating, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. It’s clear that guest experience remains a top priority here, and I’m already looking forward to seeing the refreshed spaces on my next visit!

Avoid at all costs. On arrival sent to a bedroom on the 21 St floor to check in, the place is a building site with excessive noise. Was then told no restaurants open, no bar, no swimming pool.. complained to Accor , they said management would be in touch, still waiting. The staff are lovely but this hotel is not fit to be open for guests

Deze 2 sterren zijn voornamelijk voor de Locatie. Er is op loopafstand veel te doen en langs de waterkant zit een heerlijk restaurant. Het hotel ziet er wanneer je binnenkomt erg luxe uit, toch valt dit tegen wanneer je de kamer in stapt. De kamers waren niet schoon. Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt omdat dit Hotel een zwembad heeft. Het zwembad was alle 6 de dagen dat wij hier waren gesloten!.
