I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, especially from Apin, who was very professional and attentive throughout my visit. I highly recommend asking for him if you're staying here! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the mall and waterfront, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!"

I must express my disappointment with this hotel, as it falls significantly short of expectations. Although it boasts a 5-star rating, the rooms, amenities, and facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The towels are worn, the bed linens feel cheap, and the cups are stained while the plates have chips. For a hotel catering to frequent travelers, it's astonishing that there’s only one power outlet in the room, located on just one side of the bed. When I asked for an extension cord, the receptionist initially informed me that they didn’t have any available. After some persistence, I finally received one, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was quite disheartening, featuring stale bread and pastries, burnt roti canai, and fruit flies on the fruit platters. To top it off, margarine was served under the guise of butter. It seems like the management is cutting corners to save costs. Additionally, there was no prior notice at check-in about the gym and outdoor pools being closed for renovations, which is quite unacceptable. On a positive note, the staff members are friendly and genuinely try to meet the needs of the guests, which does help make the stay a bit more bearable. Despite being charged for a 5-star experience, the overall quality feels more akin to a 3-star hotel.

First time checkin in this hotel.staff was very helpfull and always smile especially frontdesk name Mr Nasrizal He is very profesional and willing to help during my stay.Huge lobby and room was very clean.Location was good and near the waterfront.Will come again next time for family trip.

Despite hotel put up a notice of on going renovation, but my stay was not disturbed. The location is very strategic as all the sight-seeing places are within walking distance. All room comes with en-suite bath tub. Hotel staff was very welcoming

Deze 2 sterren zijn voornamelijk voor de Locatie. Er is op loopafstand veel te doen en langs de waterkant zit een heerlijk restaurant. Het hotel ziet er wanneer je binnenkomt erg luxe uit, toch valt dit tegen wanneer je de kamer in stapt. De kamers waren niet schoon. Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt omdat dit Hotel een zwembad heeft. Het zwembad was alle 6 de dagen dat wij hier waren gesloten!.
