We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations and fell short in providing you with the 5-star experience you deserved. We deeply apologize for the concerns you raised, including the outdated amenities, maintenance issues, and the quality of the breakfast offerings. Your comments about the towels, bed linens, and dishware have been noted, and we will review them with our housekeeping and dining teams to address these shortcomings. Regarding the limited power outlets, we understand how inconvenient this must have been, and we appreciate your patience while we arranged for an extension cord. We will explore ways to improve this aspect of the guest experience. It is disheartening to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we are taking your comments about the stale pastries, fruit flies, and the use of margarine seriously.
