Dear Alexander S., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Kuching. Your feedback on the aspects of your bathroom condition and swimming pool experience is duly noted. Our sincerest apologies for the shortfall in our services. Right now we do acknowledge our hotel is aging and some equipment and room amenities are not in their best condition. Our team has been working hard to improve this condition in order to provide a much comfortable stay for our guests. I will share your comments with our team as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. On a side note, the hotel is currently undergoing upgrading works to provide our valued guests a better and improved experience. Our swimming pool and gym facilities are closed from 1st August 2024 until 31st January 2025. However, an alternate venue for work out will be provided. We would like to apologise for any inconveniences caused during this period. Date of completion may be subjected to changes.
