我订的双人房，不满意房间只给了一条浴巾（方巾和长毛巾都是各两条），我登记的是两个人入住，晚上打电话给服务台送毛巾，等了15分钟都还没送到，第一个人都洗完澡了，又打电话催才送毛巾，第一次遇到只放一条浴巾的双人房。星级酒店很不应该，体验非常差了。
