Our journey with Sofitel Sunrich is long. We have many memories with them, we have always been impressed by their hospitality and have visited them again and again, Sadly, the last visit were quite bitter experiences for us, but we did not give up, we went there again , we cannot ruin our relationship with the hotel because of some rude people. Although during the last visit, we expressed our dissatisfaction through a letter to Mr. GM. Although before this visit, I contacted the Director of Room Ms.Tracy Wang …… and she was making all kinds of arrangements to make us happy, which made us forget the pain behind us, thank you very much for your great service. I found some changes in the food and service in the lounge, which I have repeatedly informed them, but I think the lounge team should be a little more friendly and efficient.

Exceptional hotel right in the heart of Tian He, with various choices for restaurants and also a bar for some late evening drinks. Lounge was perfect serving food and wine. Staff although dont speak much english were always welcoming. Thanks for the nice time spent there.
