The well-being of our guests is our top priority and we are glad that these aspects met your expectations. However, we regret to hear that you found the room temperature to be uncomfortable and the mattress not to your liking, resulting in a backache. We understand how important a good night's sleep is, especially when traveling. Please note that while we do not have air conditioning due to our climate, our reception is available around the clock to assist in opening windows further for additional ventilation. Regarding the mattress, our beds are equipped with protective covers for hygiene purposes, which may affect the perceived comfort. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Furthermore, we note your comments on the breakfast cost. While we strive to provide value for money, we understand that every guest has different expectations and we regret that we did not meet yours in this instance.
