First of all, the hotel of such kind of 5star level, like Sofitel Krabi (I was here in 2012 for the first time), is well being estimated through some high quality details. From 2012 to nowadays some of such details became much more worse. The first one: Afternoon time after check-in me and my family came to the pool. The assistant pool guy couldnt find three pool towels for us, only the one and said he could bring other two for us a little bit later. We were near the white bridge on sun beds, but nobody has come to us with the towels. We and our needs were forgotten by the pool guy at once. The second one: It was absolutely awful for me to see when the same pool guy has brought wrinkled and already used pool towels, straightened them and layed out them as the new ones for pool guests. Unbelieveable for Sofitel! I sinserely sure, that Robin Deb, as General Manager in Sofitel Krabi in 2012, would being simly shoked by such kind of managerial decision of pool team in 2025... The third one: Very, very poor quality of breakfast for such level of hotel. Only the one detail: the bottle with like some kind of fresh drink is standing opened without any ice. I am walking through the breakfast restraunt hall and still looking for this opened bottle for 5 or 7 minutes. There are a lot of waiters and nobody can close it or put it into ice basket. I ask what is it? Fresh? Watermelon? Tomato? Why is it standing opened and without the ice. Smiles from waiters and no any adequate reaction for my inquiry. Fresh can be very dangerous for the health of guests if it is always opened and if it is storaged without any ice. There were also such poor choice of fruits. A great choice of different fruits at the every Ao Nang fruit market, and nothing in Sofitel Krabi. There is not any coffee machine at breakfast, there is not Prosecco, fresh coconuts, not salmon, not anything that can be estimated like very high quality of breakfast for the hotel like Sofitel Krabi... So, there are a lot of ways to improve the quality of stay in Sofitel Krabi in 2025. Good luck for the managerial team in any ways.

Нам очень нравится ваш отель, устанавливались у вас 4 раза. Завтраки супер. Но нормально не работает ни одна розетка в номере. Отремонтируйте пожалуйста розетки и будет супер.

Сам отель и его территория впечатляют, все для спокойного семейного отдыха. Очень большой бассейн с разными водными активностями. Красивый кусочек европейской архитектуры, и очень атмосферный lounge bar) Сервис немного портит впечатление: в один день нам просто забыли убрать номер, при этом убрали смежный, где проживали дети. В общем, уборка на 4 Замену в минибаре делали не каждый день, но вода пополнялась каждый день. Было немного удивительно, что замена белья производится «по потребности». Воспользовались сервисом меню для подушек (забыли принести, пришлось напоминать, ну и сами подушки, конечно оставляют желать лучшего по качеству). На территории работает 3 ресторана (выбор детского меню очень ограниченный) и стоимость достаточно высока + утренний шведский стол (ассортимент для курорта 5 звезд с натяжкой, но порадовал club lounge, там были в доступе продукты и блюда, которых не было на шведском столе), поэтому на ужин приходилось выходить за территорию в местные кафе. Первый раз столкнулись, что при использовании полотенец пляжных за территорией отеля нужно их брать в безвозвратную аренду (цена была всего 200 Бат, но немного странно). Провели там 6 дней.
