First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the shortcomings you encountered, particularly at the pool and during breakfast service. Your disappointment is completely understandable, especially as a returning guest who first experienced our resort in 2012. We deeply regret that certain service aspects did not reflect the high standards you rightfully expected. We are particularly concerned about the issue with pool towel availability and the inappropriate handling you described. Please rest assured that this matter has been immediately addressed with our pool and housekeeping teams to reinforce training and prevent recurrence. Additionally, your remarks regarding breakfast offerings, presentation, and attentiveness of service have been shared with our Culinary and Restaurant Managers for urgent review and improvement.
