Bad Experience with Visa Application

我與我的朋友在前往科威特以前透過Ibis申請商務簽證。我很快拿到了我的簽證，但是我的朋友因為『Single Chinese Woman』的原因被拒絕了。於是我們想轉往Hotel Inn重新申請簽證，但是Ibis的辦事人員一直拒絕協助取消我的簽證。 我們打電話咨詢了中國大使館，台灣商務辦事處以及科威特在柏林以及法蘭克福的大使館，他們都說，商務簽證是可以取消的！一般一天就可以解決，而且不用額外的費用。 當我們告訴Ibis，大使館說可以取消簽證以後，他們才承認商務簽證是可以取消的事實。並告訴我，如果我想取消商務簽證必須支付15ＫＷＤ，且需要等待７－１０天。由於Ibis緩慢的效率，我因為時間的壓力沒有取消我的簽證。 我的中國朋友後來住在了Holiday Inn。他們很迅速很專業的協助她取得了商務簽證！且沒有出現所謂的『Single Chinese Woman』的問題。這樣子的效率是我們在Ibis沒有體驗到的。 ps.為了諮詢簽證問題，有一天我從德國打電話到Ibis Google地圖上的電話，電話那頭的人員在聽到我講英文以後，一直說『Hello, Hello....』之後掛斷了電話。 其他： 我到科威特以後，在Ibis的住宿基本上是滿意的。只有一些小建議： 1. 洗澡的水有一點下不去 2. 計程車的車費比Careem高太多了
