We are satisfied with room cleaning,awesome view ,as the the laundry & Gym also hk staff are so friendly and always giving a service with smile . would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service , as long stayers we have service 2 days per week and we really appreciate the attention to the details from the Housekeeping team and specially “Bikesh” the HK attendant .

Room is very clean ,bathroom also clean ,view is very good,everything is perfect,this is my 2nd time in this hotel it's great experience in this hotel ,the main thing is service is awesome if I need anything they provide on time and he is Bikesh who has taking care the guest thank you

I am staying in Room 806. The service at Ibis Salmiya is outstanding and it requires a special mention of Abhishek Joshi at the Front Desk. A special thanks to him for his helpfulness Also the Hotel is at a great Spot just next to Lot of Restaurants & Shopping

The room is very clean and also bathroom is cleaned. Very nice sea view . Everyday I got very good service from housekeeping team .the main things is when I enter the room there is very good smell I like it and I noticed that the guy he is very good person talking nicely politely I like that his name is Bikesh thank you for your services

Ibis was a decent hotel already ten years ago and still remains to be so, especially when here just for business. It is offering anything you might need for that and conveniently located. Rooms are clean and well maintained, at that time at least. More than anything else, it is very good value for money. No it isn’t the Ritz-Carlton experience, but it is three times cheaper and still a nice place to be for a couple of a days with friendly staff. If you do not want to eat in the hotel there are other options such as the malls of simply out on the streets, few places feel more safe than Kuwait, that is a US fortress in the end.
