Clean & comfortable stay. Toilet regularly perfectly clean by housekeeping staff . Lobby looks good. Housekeeping staff attitude very polite. Corridor carpet is clean and well maintained. It was nice stay as clean & hygienic everything. Will come back

Generalnie Hotel wymaga generalnego remontu, odpadajace kawalki farby, fatalne oswietlenie w pokojach, brak mozliwosci otwarcia okna przy smierdzacej klimatyzacji jest niedopuszczalne. Na plus zasluguje dobra lokalizacja i pyszne sniadania

I was very surprised by the personal touch and great status recognition in this Ibis. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient location within easy reach of local attractions - Kuwait Towers, the old souq or Al Shaheed Park. Thank you for making my short stay in Kuwait so enjoyable.
