This Mercure was well located for being in the core of town, close to walk to all locations. The service was lovely, the room relatively large, very clean and well appointed. Delightful breakfast with hot and cold selection. Good location for being in town, exploring the area, and access to public transit, train station and shopping.

Good location, room was good, comfy, had coffee machine and small mini bar. Good secure parking for motorbikes or cars, we arrived on ladies football final and on a Sunday so was very quiet but for 1 night was great. Only thing was we asked if we could get a beer at 10:30 and were told sorry no, there something small in your mini bar. Breakfast wasn’t great good and welcoming staff, don’t go on a Sunday night. Bleak. Overall good hotel but could be have bar open or reception could have a fridge in reception to buy beers.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Mercure in Biel. Check in was fast. Room and Hotel was spotless clean. Aircondition worked great. Bathroom with showergel, shampoo, liquid soap. Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the fitness and sauna on the 6th floor. 24h Reception is great. Free coffee and water a great plus. Matrass was a bit hard, but we did not mind. Would choose is definitly again.
