Dear Takuya M. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location near the train station and that the complimentary public transport tickets helped you make the most of your stay and explore the city comfortably. It is great to know that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the water dispensers available on each floor, especially during the warm summer days. We are also happy that we could help you with the forgotten stuffed animal and that it safely made its way back to you. We truly appreciate your kind words about our reception and housekeeping teams.
