I had an excellent stay at Novotel Nha Trang, and I must say the staff here are among the nicest I have ever encountered at any Accor property I’ve stayed in before. A special mention goes to the wonderful buffet breakfast team with F&B manager Mrs Tu , as well as MAn from the bar, who made me the best Vietnamese coffee every morning—an absolute highlight of my stay. Additionally, Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Yến at reception were incredibly welcoming and always willing to help with anything I needed. This hotel truly stands out for its warm hospitality and exceptional service. Highly recommended!
