Codziennie sprzątany pokój i łazienka - z wymianą ręczników i pościeli. A miło wrócić do takiego pokoju po całym dniu zwiedzania. Wrócę tutaj jeszcze kilka razy.

Ubogi asortyment na śniadaniach. Jednego dnia w czasie naszego śniadania nie były uzupełnione warzywa (ogórki, pomidory...). Ciągle coś brakowało. Pokój zawsze dobrze posprzątany. Trochę mało uśmiechu wśród personelu :-(

Don’t book the annex apartments

We went to the Mercure for a family break for our dads 60th it’s rare we’re all together so was excited about this trip but beware of what they call the annex room it’s streets away and horrible they will move you at a massive surcharge the rooms were ok and clean but the smell in the lifts are terrible like sewage some of the staff were helpful and friendly but some come across rude and unhelpful overall ok but as I said don’t book the annex apartments they are not good

I am trying to be positive, objective and factual. The hotel is filthy and dirty: It smells and the odors are offensive It’s old and badly maintained Rooms on the first floor look out to garbage that smells and the windows open to some cement and metal pillars A lot of the rooms have windows that open to a stairwell and anyone or better said anything like a rat can come visit you. In general because the hotel offers cheap rates is used by group tours and if you are an independent traveler run away from this hotel It is definitely not 4 stars, i’d say perhaps 2? It is uncomfortable to stay in this hotel. Very much so…
