Dear msmichelley, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We appreciate your candid feedback, as they help us identify areas for improvement. I’m glad to hear that you found our rooms clean and that you enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the helpful service from our concierge team. Please allow me to correct the point in regards to "no water provided in the rooms" for the sake of our Trip Advisor readers. Water is provided in all our guest rooms for brushing your teeth, bathing and even to drink etc. If you desire to have bottled water, you could purchase it from our Bar at a cost of FJD$6-10, which comes in 600ml and 1.5 litre bottles. I am sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused by the room condition and musty smell and your comments about the need for refurbishment are noted. Please rest assured that we are actively reviewing ways to improve the overall guest experience. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bar staff training and will be addressing this to ensure all of our guests receive the best possible service.
