Overall, staffs are friendly and try to help you. Check in /out is quick. Escalators did not work well and you may wait a lot time to time. Heating is well equipped however it may be too warm, however, this is miscellaneous for me.

Nice, no frill hotel, good as is near airport - standard Ibis quality. You know what you get. Pitty they stop bar service around 22.00 and is impossible to get any to drink/eat if you arrive late. For the rest is ok for one, few nights stop. Breakfast good.

Too expansive...

Regarding the quality of hotel the price is too expansive. It is a big problem in Algeria, the hotels are too expansive. Also ibis hotels have big problem with showers. Generaly the showers of ibis are blocked, or there is problem with the shower head.

I'll stay there again should I visit Algiers in the future..... We enjoyed our stay, despite our late arrival from the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family....

I like this place because it has a good energy. Business travelers mixed in with locals and a nice bar to relax in after a day of meetings. The staff is outstanding and greeted me very warmly upon entering.

first day the room was nor clean prperly, then it was cleaned regularly air conditioning insufficient: at full power was not giving fresh air: nothing at all difficult and long to change the credit card used for payment

Have been staying at the property regularly. Always feel like going back . Excellent & friendly staff. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Only draw back is the air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room & at times this caused discomfort . I had to keep my window open as the heating was high.

Call to be sure that your reservation is valid. For the second time I experienced that my room was given too somebody else when I arrived. The hotel did not really care and did not help in finding another hotel

Bed Bugs

I got room 403 during my one night stay at Ibis hotel. The bugs started to come when I went to sleep. At first I saw a black insect, then a red bug. Since I have never seen bugs in bed before I thought that is all and I went to sleep. Around 4 am bugs were bothering me so much that I woke up, and I saw a lot of red bugs in bed. I went to the receptionist who was not surprised at all and gave me another room.

Over all is Ibis quality. Near to airport. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Every thing was as expected. Check out and check in very smooth. Serving sahoor meal as it is Ramadan was a bonus. Ideal for short Business trips

The room was dusty especially under the bed. Not good for someone with allergies. Noisy even though it was the 8th floor! Smell of sewage in the bathroom and looks old. The towels were really rough for the skin

Hotel is good, clean and convenient for my work. Food is good especially the breakfast. Service staff at the bar are always smiling, as well as the reception staff. I recommend that the engineer staff and or housekeeping check the shower heads more often.

The room was dirty, we had hair in the bath towels. I also asked for a club sandwich for dinner and I had hair in the sandwich. Besides I stayed in a non smoking room the room had cigarrete smell. My pijamas are smelling cigarretes because the bed and the pillows were smelling cigarrete. Awful!!!! LAst april I also travelled to Algiers and stayed at Mercure airport hotel. The Mercure hotel is terrible as Ibis is. I will never stay anymore in an Accor hotel in Algiers!

Theh horel is is 20 minutes drive from teh airport in an area tha is being developed. Security is intense even getting into the hotel you have your bags scanned. The staff were very friendly, teh food was excellent and the service very good. Having said all that it is an Ibis

Not very clean and bad wifi connection. Good and kind staff that welcome me when I arrived. Great position of the hotel, close to the airport and the exhibition center. I appreciated the breakfast and bar services.

Small rooms and Bad service

Booked a family room for 3 adults, I was given a very small room with 1 double bed. When I complained, I was told that's what I booked even the confirmation email states that the room name 'room with double bed and a single' suitable for 3adults. I was offered the option to pay more and upgrade so had no choice as it was late and my 3years old daughter was tired. We were given a slightly bigger room but again with 1 double bed. After 6 calls to room service and going 2times to reception, they managed to install the additional bed (2hours later 9pm not so great when you have a toddler that spend the day traveling). To add salt to injury, the air-conditioning was working at night and the room was super haut, so we didn't get much rest. We paid the equivalent of €120 you expect hotels in this range around algeirs to have better standards.

Good relation quality - price. The only thing I didn't like is that I was assigned a "smoking room" without asking for it. The location is quite good, really near to the airport and with a shopping mall by 5 minutes walk.
