مجهول العائلات - تقييمات مؤكدة لفندق ALL

قبل أكثر من شهر من إقامتي راسلت الفندق لحجز غرفتين متصلتين أو متجاورتين لنا نحن الثلاث اشخاص باسم ابتسام الشريف وسارة العمري وعند وصولي لتسجيل الدخول لم يكن هناك اهتمام من الموظفة عندما اخبرتني بأن كل غرفة في مبنى؟!!! وعندمل أخبرتها قالت من الممكن أن تكون الغرفتين بنفس الطابق. ( لماذا لم يتم الرد علي وقت الحجز بأن الفندق وضع لكل مبنى نوع سرير معين لكنت وقتها فضلت اختيار الاسرة حميعها فردية لأكون قريبة من بناتي ) . ارسلت بريد الكتروني لمديرة الحجز وشرحت لها ما حصل لي وكان عرضها بأن أبدل غرفة ابنتاي لغرفة اقرب وليست مجاورة ، أو الدفع لترقية حجزي للغرف المجددة!!!! عالمياً لم أواجه فندق يطلب الدفع للترقية وانما تكون الترقية لإرضاء النزيل . كذلك كان هناك ماء ينزل من فتحة التكييف / وحتى بعد الإصلاح بقيت فتحة التكييف غير محكمة الإغلاق وتصدر صوتا مزعجا بعض الوقت!! ولم اجد سوى اعتذاراً شفهياً بارداً يخلو حتى من الابتسامة!! والمصيبة الأكبر عند استعدادنا للخروج من الفندق وطلب حامل الحقائب اخبرونا بأنه غير موجود!!! أي أربعة نجوم اعطيت لكم اذا كنت سأحمل حقائبي لنفسي!!! للأسف خدمات الفندق تراجعت كثيراً عن عام ٢٠١٩ / لم اجد حسن استقبال ولا غرف مطلة ولم تلبى رغباتي ولم يتم ارضائي بأي شكل من الأشكال!!!

The location near Nevsky Prospekt is very convenient for tourists. That's the only good thing about the hotel, though. The rooms are strange; instead of the normal en-suite bathroom, there's an en-suite toilet, a completely separate en-suite shower, and the handbasin in the bedroom in some rooms (we tried 2 rooms; the first was awful so we upgraded to a "premium" room - it was better but still had the weird bathroom arrangement). The breakfast buffet is OK, but below average for a hotel of this class or price.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Stayed for three nights. Had a very comfortable stay. I would like to especially thank Ms Anna Korovkina , the Guest Relationship Manager for all her help. She provided very useful tips on how to explore the city .

Like this hotel a lot. Nice staff, very good location and liked my room a lot. Recommend this hotel if you want to stay in center of the city. 2 steps from Nevsky prospect with its cultural life and close to the main bar and nightlife streets to spend great time.

Unpleasant experience with a recent stay in Novotel St. Petersburg Centre

I'd want to share my unpleasant experience with a recent stay in one of your hotels, and since they've turned off the Google review, I thought I'd bring it to your attention. I stayed in this hotel with my family for three nights. Initially, I tried to book two interconnecting rooms, but that was not available, so I had to confirm a one-bedroom junior suite. I came on the evening of April 10th, and after completing my check-in formalities, I requested if someone could assist us with our bags; the gentlemen at the registration desk informed me that the hotel does not provide porter service. Since my children are small, my wife carried both of them, and I physically struggled to carry two large suitcases to the room and also while I had to check-out of the hotel. The room that was offered to me was in the next building, so I had to walk through to the third floor and connect internally to the room, which required a long walk. When we entered the room, it was clean, but the rooms were old-fashioned, and the building was quite old. We slept the first night despite the fact that the room was hot. On the second day, room was extremely hot and was literally like a grill pan, with the air conditioner in the hall merely blowing a fan; no cooling happening. We complained, but no one took it seriously. So, the following day, we notified both the hotel reception and the DMC who had booked this hotel. So, everyone from the technical department kept pounding on the door every half hour, but no solution was given, so they finally told us that the hotel's cooling system had been stopped owing to the weather, so we had another sleepless night. The worst part about the bedroom is that there is no air conditioning vent, so there was no source of air at all in the bedroom. Also, their hall includes a toilet, and their room bathroom has two shower areas but no toilets. Also, the bedroom curtains were old and one of them are worn out type with small holes in it. Vegans and children have limited breakfast selections at this hotel. So, it was mainly just myself and my wife eating breakfast and getting our kids food outside at the restaurant. Overall, I believe that the staff requires training, and I would never return to this hotel, as well as notify the tourism industry where I work not to recommend it due to our poor experience there. There are no other factors driving the hotel's sales; it is only the benefit of its location. Regards, Fahim from United Arab Emirates
