방문을 열었을 때 나는 냄새가 담배찌든 냄새인지 모르겠으나, 청소가 안된 방이라는 생각이 든다. 게다가 전등은 엉망이고. 지나가는 길에 하룻밤 묵는 수준으로도 권하고 싶지 않다.

Hello, We are so sorry to read that our hotel didn't meet your expectations. Our establishment is non-smoker, we apologize for the bad behaviour of some customers. Our head housekeeper will go to the room to deal with the smell. Our rooms are fully cleaned and sanitized between each one of our customers. We will ask our technician to check the light in the room where you stayed so we can fixed them. We hope to see again for a next stay so we can improve your experience among us. We https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/UserReview-g187091-d1071353-Ibis_Budget_Clermont_Ferrand_Centre_Montferrand-Clermont_Ferrand_Puy_de_Dome_Auvergne_Rhone_Alpe.html 4 rooms on way to holiday and 4 rooms on way back. On way there no problems, polite, helpful staff. NOT the case on way back Friday 26/8. Rude unhelpful staff, who wanted to charge one of us for drink, but with no price list. When asked apparently the price list is private and no receipt could be provided! Screams out that someone on the make. Also staff entered one of the rooms while we loading cars and hadn’t even checked out which is totally unacceptable. So unfortunately you missed out on 14 breakfast on Saturday 27/8 as we all went elsewhere. I know this is a budget hotel but don’t expect to be shouted at when we are paying customers. Would like to speak to someone about having some money refunded and some of your staff need to be trained in customer services and also conveniently don’t understand English which is not what is advertised! Very bad experience and definitely not happy.

The Ibis Budget Hotel offered a secure nights accommodation at a very reasonable rate. The reception staff were professional and friendly. The room was as expected, clean and very basic. The immediate area is reasonably safe but when I walked into the centre I did feel a little intimidated by a couple of groups of homeless alcoholics/drug users. To avoid them use public transport or cabs if you need to go to the centre of town.

Hotel location is quite far from the Clermont Ferrand city center. Easy check-in and check-out. My room faced a cemetery. I had booked the buffet breakfast but it was too basic and not worth to pay for it.

Great value for money. Clean and comfortable. Close to city centre. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was basic (cereals, pastries & bread) - at an extra charge. Would have been nice to have had the options of porridge and bacon & eggs too.
