I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Everything was clean. I could open the window —essential for me, as I have asthma and air con can make it hard to breathe. Very near to the station. Comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Pleasant staff. All very relaxing, including the decor. Breakfast was excellent. My favourite thing, though, was the little carafe in the room, which you can fill from a water cooler in the corridor. Will definitely stay again. I am a terrible fusspot, so hurrah for the Novotel Bristol Centre!

Great hotel for relaxing. Easy to find normally (Lots of roadworks around the hotel) so give yourself extra time if arriving by

Front desk staff very helpful. Bar and restaurant great. The menu is excellent value for a four star hotel both in quality and price. All the staff very polite. Special mention to Eilis (sorry if spelt wrong) very helpful young lady with a great sense of fun. Very close to Temple Meads station if travelling by train.

Great place to stay in Bristol!

Didn’t expect much from this hotel, due to the great rate I got booking only 3 days before. I stayed for a night before an early flight and I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was huge, all the amenities and a great nights sleep. Staff were lovely, and a great selection of drinks in the bar too!

My family stayed here on Boxing Day 2025. The room was comfy, clean and the hotel's in a great location. The price we paid for the stay was genuinely incredible, extremely good value for money.

Poor customer service, no hot water, won't respond to complaints.

No hot water for shower. Had to leave for a lengthy journey, early morning, without any shower etc. Not a single manager in building (they claimed), to help with my complaint at the time. They refused to discuss any refund or compensation. I was just given an email address to complain to. No reply from that address. Sent a chaser email a week later. Still no reply. Am now going to initate chargeback through my bank card as Novotel Bristol will not respond to me. Avoid.
