Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions after your stay. We are happy that you have chosen our establishment, and we sincerely regret the inconveniences you have encountered. We take note of your remarks concerning the inefficient heating in certain rooms, as well as the bad smells coming from the sewers.
