I book this hotel in the middle of the highway near Orleans (France) for a night stop during long road trip. It was a business trip, not leasure. I arrived to the hotel at 22:30 and found out there was a big open music festival just near the basement (around 100 mts) with a terrible noise of disco music and crowds of mostly young people moving around all the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and they told me it was impossible, as all hotel was full with the people participating in the festival. They also confirmed me festival will last until 6:00 a.m., the time I was planning to leave to continue my trip. So, seeing no possibility to rest after 1000 kms drive this day and another 1000 next one, I told them I will not take the room and I will find another hotel away from the noise. I asked them to refdund money paid, but they refused and told me I have to come next day early morning to talk to responsible. There were a couple from Netherlands with the same problem, asnd we decided to go together to find a new hoteñl, which we found 20 kms away. Finally I could go to sleep at 00:30. Next day in the mornong I went back to the hotel, but again the same answer: they cluld do nothing there, I had to ask for refund by email. I sent the email, both to hotel Ibis and Customer Service Accor Spain, where I have booked the room, but the answer was again the same: no refund because room was available for me and I denied to take it. I booked this room to sleep, not to go to a party. They should advice of what was programmed before, so I could have save time and the money they now refuse to refund. My complain is not only for the hotel itself, who refused to refund with a not very polite tone (though perhaps it is because of language?), but also for the Customer Service of Accor Group, which is from where I made the reservation and should held their responsability. At least, when you make reservations through other travel agencies, they usually do something more. I will never again go to an Accor Group hotel if I can choose

When I’m traveling, I always try and stay at Ibis Budget hotels as they are always a good safe bet. This one was no exception. Friendly staff, very reasonably priced, very clean and good sized room, easy to find, plenty of parking and good WiFi! What more could you wish for?

Hotel di catena alberghiera internazionale efficiente ed economico Posizionato in zona artigianale ma strategico alle vie di comunicazioni principali. Sconsigliato pero' l' adiacentee risto/grill, Courtepaille, anch'esso di catena, con prodotti tutto sommato banali ed a prezzi inspiegabilmente alti
