Mr Inslan working in reception is very helpful. The lady who is working in the restaurant not friendly with the clients. Never wish or welcome the clients. In the breakfast room there are two separate places one for the hotel guest and other for outside clients, but it is not written anywhere so first time guest have problems where to sit. shower is ok but it is better to fix the handle inside the shower to hold and get in to the shower or get out from the shower . rooms are bit small . The location is good because next to the rain station .

Clean and modern hotel, with a view, but: The room keys are not working (after checking in.) The hotel parking procedure is quickly reviewed, without details. The decor is not for everyone's taste -split colors on the wall. It's a no-frills and small space. The bed has a strange separation, on mattress. Tall folks have to go down, halfway, and try to sleep like this. All in all, air conditioning is quiet in the building. Satisfying bathroom. Very few traffic, because the block is reserved to pedestrians, with plenty of shops and an express train stop. External extension: a panoramic balcony.

Mila obsługa, dobre śniadanie. Ładne pokoje. Szkoda ze przy rezerwacji nie można było zarezerwować pokoju dla rodzina z 2 dzieci tylko musiałem rozdzielać na dwa pokoje 2 osobowe.

Old vetuste hotel cwich does not meet the Ibis standard. Hotel needs an urgent refreshment. Breakfast ok (for the price), staff ok. Great location and big parking (the one covered related to the train station.

Being nearest to the railway station, commuting to other places in Paris becomes most easier. It is easier for my customer to pick me up. Its away from the city and is more quieter. Staying in IBIS Saint Gratien is like staying home. Very courteous staff and very good atmosphere.
