Dear Guest, Thank you for this review concerning your experience at Ibis Budget Charleroi Aeroport hotel in Fleurus. We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings and found our staff to be friendly and helpful. It is our aim to provide a pleasant dining experience from as early as 4am for guests with early flights, and we're glad you appreciated this service. However, we regret to hear that the walkability to the airport and your room experience did not meet your expectations. While our hotel is indeed close to the airport, we understand that the walking path may not be ideal for everyone, especially at night. For future convenience, we do offer a shuttle service starting at 4am until the last flight, which can be booked at a competitive rate. Regarding your room, we apologize for any discomfort the noise may have caused. Our rooms are designed to be functional and budget-friendly, and we take all feedback into consideration as we strive to improve our guest experience. We acknowledge that while our rooms are equipped with double-glazing to minimize noise, we also provide earplugs for added comfort. We hope you were able to appreciate the ease of access to Charleroi's historical centre and the convenience of our location near the airport, despite the aspects of your stay that were not to your satisfaction. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are deeply sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. Your comfort is our top priority, and we regret that you experienced issues with the room temperature. Our rooms are equipped with a ventilation system to freshen the air, and windows can be opened if needed. We apologize for any discomfort caused by insects in your room. Our housekeeping team takes great care to ensure cleanliness, and we will address this matter promptly. Regarding the noise disturbance, we strive to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests. Our windows are double-glazed to minimize external noise, and we have rooms at the end of corridors for guests seeking a quieter stay. Concerning our transfer service, we apologize for any misunderstanding. We offer a shuttle service by taxi to and from the airport terminal for €10 per transfer, accommodating up to 4 people. This service is provided to offer convenience to our guests at a competitive rate. We are sorry if this arrangement did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our communication about our services. We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your complaint. Additionally, we are disheartened to hear about the disturbance during your stay. We understand the importance of a restful night and we aim to provide a peaceful environment for our guests. Our reception is available 24/7 to assist with any in-stay concerns, including noise disturbances. Regarding the distance from the airport, we acknowledge that it may be inconvenient for some travelers, especially those on foot. To alleviate this, we offer a reliable shuttle service to ensure a smooth transfer to and from the airport. We regret to hear that your breakfast experience was not satisfactory. Please know that we strive to provide a plentiful and varied breakfast for our guests, and your comments have been noted for review with our breakfast service team to prevent similar situations in the future. Despite the challenges you encountered, we hope to highlight the convenience of our hotel's location, with a shuttle service that starts at 4 am to accommodate early flights, and our Park Sleep and Fly package, which includes room, parking for up to 15 days, and transfer services.
