HORRIBLE.... hotel needs a full and complete renovation Carpet, doors, accessing the rooms are in terrible stage. worn out to the limit Bedroom carpet full of stains, Hair dryer not working Curtains in disarray Bathroom cleaning reallly not appealing... THIS IS NOT A MERCURE STANDARD !!!

I was not originally planned to stay one night at the town. When I got aware, called the hotel and arranged my staying. Since that moment to my check out, Mr Tony Njoh provided a differential assistance - all that after 1 am in the night. Best in class, highly recommended.

Hotel itself is fine if a little dated. Good location. Breakfast fine. Dinner was however awful. The waiter initially refused us a table but found us one when we said we were a guest of the hotel. We then had a 90 minute wait for 5 pizzas. When they arrived, one wasn’t cooked and the second tasted awful. Very disappointing.

Its the best Hotel and restaurant in the region. The crew its very gentle and the Hexagon Restaurant have a very high quality food. The rooms are ok and will be soon renovated. The place is central also when you walking

Old hotel, room not properly clean (old moquette full of dust) The pepersonnel is not enough to take care of the incoming guests and their needs/requests. Terrible food at the restaurant and for the breakfast . In that area there is not too much choice.
