Good hotel but there are small things that they must change to improve the quality of service (bed sheets, spider web, cleaning of the electric kettles...). The rapidity of the check-in can be improved. Please don't forget the bottle of water...

Generally a good hotel with friendly staff, but unfortunately they are having regularly very noisy parties, if you plan to get any sleep before 01:00 a.m., then this is not the place to go to. Just to be clear: it's not that there were things going on in the near neighborhood that they can't control, they are throwing those party themselves, in their own backyard right under their own hotel rooms. Appearantly after 2 years of confinement and contact restrictions people have the incredible desire to be incredibly drunk and incredibly loud. But you have to make up your mind if you want to be a decent business hotel or a Robinson Club.

We stayed at the hotel 3x for a number of nights end of July and early August. Exceptional service, very pleasant staff. Marion the manager is a real gem. The restaurant was lovely with good food. Rooms are large and very well appointed at a good price! Whenever we are back in Belfort it is the quality hotel for us.

LThis hotel had a good carpark. It was very easy to find. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms were clean and straightforward. Dog was welcomed. Next door was an attached restaurant which was ok. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms of the Hotel are comfortable and clean. The hotel in itself has no specific charm but is not located very far away from the city center. The service is unfortunately quite poor and pays little attention to some basic requests you could expect from the reception desk such as giving you recommendations on where to eat. Quite surprising especially for a 4 stars hotel. A good place for a one night stay nevertheless.
